We're not building an audience.
We're forming people.

You can know a lot about God and still not know Him.
You can know the language of faith without its truth becoming deeply rooted in you. You can say that God loves you and still relate to Him through fear. You can confess that your identity is in Christ and still derive your worth from approval, achievement or success. You can know what Scripture says and still depend on others to determine what you should believe or what God is saying to you.
The goal is not simply Christians who have accumulated more biblical knowledge.
It is people in whom truth has taken root in their hearts — people who know God for themselves, are secure in Christ, increasingly reflect His character, walk with conviction, love well, and faithfully follow Jesus in the realities of everyday life.

The goal isn't
dependence.
It's maturity.
Direct Connection
Know God for yourself — not through dependence on a personality or platform.
Spiritual Maturity
Become rooted enough in truth that fear, trends and manipulation cannot easily move you.
Real-World Integration
Let faith shape your character, marriage, workplace, decisions, relationship with money and people, hardest conversations and how you respond under pressure.
Interdependence
Grow in mature community without surrendering personal conviction or responsibility.
Christians formed deeply enough
to change the places
they already inhabit.
Homes, Marriages, workplaces, businesses, professions relationships and culture. Communities should feel the presence of people whose faith has shaped their character not only their vocabulary.
We believe the Church was never meant to withdraw from the world, but to form people who can enter it rooted in Christ and faithfully represent Him wherever they have been sent.
We measure success by who people become and what they are able to carry when they are sent out.

Tunde &
Jolomi Cole
Tunde is the founder and lead shepherd of The Anchored. For more than two decades, he has taught around one consistent conviction: maturity in Christ is both possible and necessary.
His calling is increasingly centred on helping people become rooted in the Gospel, free from religious bondage, confident in their relationship with God, and equipped to boldly follow Jesus in the world.
His work focuses on understanding the Gospel of Christ and the character of God, identity in Christ and freedom from religious fear and performance.
Jolomi serves alongside him, helping cultivate the prayerful, relational and practical life of the community.
Together, they are helping shepherd a people towards a simple vision: know God, become mature in Christ, nurture life-giving relationships, and faithfully represent Him wherever He sends you.
